Selyn is a weaving mill that employs more than 1000 women in Sri Lanka. We have discovered that the hand-woven fabrics lend themselves well to making underwire bags. However, this does not work at Selyn&#039;s house, because they do not have the right machines. That is why I put Selyn in touch with the local bag and shoe manufacturer Nedlanka. Now I&#039;m going back to teach the folks at Nedlanka how to make underwire bags.
